1) How are pages calculated?
The unit of measurement used for translation services is the standard page, based on UNI EN standard 10574. A page contains 1,375 characters.
To calculate the number of pages in a Microsoft Word file, go to the Menu bar and click on Tools > Word Count.
Add the number of words + characters (without spaces) + paragraphs, and divide the total by 1375.
This is the exact number of standard pages to be translated.

2) What qualifications do your translators and interpreters have?
All of Agostini Associati’s translators and interpreters have university degrees in languages or in translation and interpreting. They have at least 5 years of experience in at least one specialist area and they undergo continual tests and controls. They regularly take part in professional courses to update their skills.

3) Do your translators translate into more than one language?
Absolutely not! In order to guarantee the highest quality possible, our professionals translate into their mother tongue only.

4) What quality controls are carried out when the translation is completed?
Agostini Associati puts all its translations through a series of 12 rigorous quality checks including interpretation of concepts, correct transcription of figures, technical terminology, syntax and proofreading.
